Terms of Use: Rules for Using This LuckyMate Guide

These terms of use set the rules for using lucky-mate-casino.uk.com. They cover what is allowed and what is not, how to report a mistake and when we may restrict access, and they apply to every visitor and to any person or program that requests pages from the site. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

LuckyMate UK Guide, which runs the site, publishes independent information about the UK casino and sportsbook LuckyMate. Who we are, what kind of information we publish and how far our liability goes are covered in our terms and conditions, while our disclaimer page explains what that information can and cannot be relied on for. This page is about conduct. Using the site means you agree to all three documents.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes, such as reading pages, comparing what we say with LuckyMate’s own terms, printing or saving a page to refer back to and sharing links with other people. The site is aimed at adults of 18 and above who are in the UK.

You must not use the site:

  • in any way that breaks a law or regulation in the UK or in the place where you are;
  • to send unsolicited advertising or spam, including to the editorial email address;
  • to impersonate LuckyMate UK Guide, for example by sending messages that claim to come from this site or by copying its design to build a lookalike page;
  • to collect information about other people who use the site;
  • to send us, or link to, material that is abusive, defamatory, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • to transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code.

Copying and scraping

Research for our pages, tables and charts draws on LuckyMate’s terms and on the Gambling Commission register; we recheck it when those sources change. You may quote a short extract, provided you link back to the page it came from. Without our written permission you may not:

  • copy whole pages, or large parts of them, to another website, app, document or feed;
  • scrape, harvest or extract content or data from the site, by hand or with software, to build a database or to republish it;
  • present our tables of offer terms, payment rules or check dates as your own work;
  • remove or hide the source of anything you quote from us;
  • use our content to create a site that could be mistaken for this one.

Automated access

Search engines and other crawlers are allowed on the site, as long as they identify themselves honestly and obey the rules in our robots.txt file. You must not:

  • use bots, scripts or other automated tools that disguise what they are, for example by posing as an ordinary browser;
  • send requests at a rate or volume that slows the site down or makes it harder for readers to use;
  • get around any rate limit, block or other measure we use to manage traffic to the site.

For anything beyond ordinary crawling, such as a regular copy of a particular page, ask us by email before you start.

Keeping the site secure

You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any connected system, database or mailbox. This covers guessing or breaking passwords, scanning for or exploiting weaknesses, inserting code into page addresses or requests, and launching or joining an attack meant to overload the site. Unauthorised access to computer systems is a criminal offence in the UK, and we may report a breach to the relevant authorities along with the details we hold about its source, IP addresses included.

Anyone who finds a weakness by accident should stop there and report it to [email protected], saying which page is affected, without testing it further or making it public before we have had a chance to fix it.

Reporting errors

Reader corrections are the main reason the editorial address exists, and they help keep the guide accurate. A report of a mistake sent to [email protected] should include:

  • the address of the page and the sentence or table row you think is wrong;
  • what you believe the correct information is;
  • a source we can open, such as a section of LuckyMate’s terms, one of its promotion pages or the Gambling Commission register.

Expect a reply within 3 working days. Reports that come with a source we can check are handled first. One we cannot verify may stay open until we find confirmation, and if that happens we will tell you.

What not to send

Do not email us identity documents, bank statements, card numbers, screenshots that show any of these, or the password or login code for a LuckyMate account. We never need them to check a fact, and anything of this kind that reaches us by mistake is deleted. Account problems are also beyond what we can act on: a pending withdrawal, missing bonus spins or a document request should go to LuckyMate’s own support, via its live chat or [email protected]. Abusive or threatening messages may go unanswered.

Linking to this site

Links to the home page or to any other page of the site are permitted, provided they are made fairly and lawfully. When you link to us, you must not:

  • suggest that we are connected with you, or that we approve of you, your website or your offers, when that is not the case;
  • suggest that this site is run by LuckyMate or speaks for it;
  • place the link on a website or in material aimed at people under 18, or on a website that carries unlawful content;
  • show our pages inside a frame or embed them in a way that hides our address.

If a link breaks these rules, we may ask you to take it down, and we expect that request to be met promptly.

Availability and changes to the site

The site costs nothing to use, and we do not promise that it, or any page on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Pages may be changed, moved or removed, content updated and the site taken offline for maintenance, all without notice. When a page moves, its old address may redirect to the new one or be retired.

Suspending or ending access

If we believe you have broken these terms of use, we may restrict or block your access to the site without warning, for example by blocking an IP address range or a particular user agent. Where the law allows, we may go further, including reporting the matter to the police or applying to a court. Any rights we had before restricting your access are unaffected by it.

Changes to these terms of use

These rules may be revised at any time, and the date at the start of this page marks the current version. The rules in force when you use the site are the ones that bind you, so check back here from time to time. Questions about them can go to [email protected], and we answer within 3 working days.
