The people behind LuckyMate UK Guide can be reached at [email protected], and replies go out within 3 working days. Mail sent there is read by this guide’s editors and nobody else. LuckyMate never receives it, so it is no use for anything inside a LuckyMate account.

What to write to us about

  • A mistake. A figure, date or rule on one of our pages that LuckyMate’s terms or the Gambling Commission register now contradict.
  • A change we have missed. New offer terms, a promo code that no longer works, changed live chat hours, or a payment method that has appeared in or disappeared from the cashier.
  • A page that is hard to follow. If you got to the end of a page still holding the question you arrived with, tell us where it lost you.
  • A technical fault. A broken link, a table too wide for your screen or an image that won’t load.

For a correction, give us the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong, plus where the right version can be seen: LuckyMate’s terms, the register entry or a screenshot showing the date. Once we confirm an error, we fix it wherever the claim appears and update the check date on those pages.

What we can’t help with

We are separate from LuckyMate and have no access to player accounts. That rules out looking into a pending withdrawal, crediting bonus spins, reviewing your documents, resetting a password or closing an account. LuckyMate’s own support deals with all of it; reach it on live chat or email [email protected]. Chat hours, which problem belongs with which channel and how a formal complaint can go on to ADR Group are covered on our page about LuckyMate customer service.

Please keep ID documents, card numbers and your LuckyMate password to yourself. Checking a page never calls for any of them.

If you want a break from gambling, LuckyMate’s support can set a time-out or self-exclusion, and a single GAMSTOP registration blocks you from all online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133 (England and Scotland, open 24/7).

The LuckyMate guide homepage sums up the licence, the offers and the payment rules if that is what you came for. The about page says more about our team: who writes the guide and how it is kept current.
