LuckyMate UK Guide publishes general information about LuckyMate, an online casino and sportsbook for UK players. This disclaimer sets out how that information should be read and where its limits are. It was last updated on 5 October 2026.
General information, not a recommendation
All content on lucky-mate-casino.uk.com is general information for adults in the United Kingdom. It deals with LuckyMate’s licence and offers, how its payments and verification work, and the games, sportsbook and support it provides. Most of it comes from LuckyMate’s published terms and policies and its game lobby, plus the Gambling Commission register. A figure taken from another review site, such as a withdrawal time that site measured in its own test, is credited to it by name. We have not played at LuckyMate with a real-money account, so the payout and verification times quoted here come either from the operator’s policies or from those named reports.
Our editorial score for LuckyMate and our comments on its terms are opinions based on these sources. They do not recommend signing up, depositing or gambling, and they take no account of your personal circumstances. The decision whether to gamble, and how much, is yours.
Independent of LuckyMate
Neither LuckyMate nor its operator, Anakatech Interactive Limited, which holds Gambling Commission account 48789, owns or runs this site. We are not the operator. This site takes no bets or deposits, and you cannot open an account here. LuckyMate does not approve our pages before they are published, and none of them is a statement made on its behalf.
A button on this guide takes you off this site, and from then on the rules of the site you land on apply. Check that the address bar reads luckymate.co.uk before you enter any details. On LuckyMate’s site you deal with the operator directly, and its own terms govern your account, your deposits, your bets and any offer you claim.
Offer terms can change at any time
Bonus terms go out of date faster than anything else in a casino guide. LuckyMate sets its own promo codes, minimum deposits, qualifying bets, wagering requirements, cashout caps, eligible games, payment methods and expiry dates, and it can change or withdraw an offer whenever it chooses. Its casino welcome terms were rewritten on 11 March 2026, for instance. Anything we say about an offer should be read as accurate only on the check date shown at the head of the page.
Read the full terms of an offer on LuckyMate’s site before you opt in, and look at what the cashier shows when you deposit. The terms that apply are those in force when you claim the offer, whatever a review site (this one included) says about it.
Gambling can cost you money
Casino games and sports bets are a form of paid entertainment. You can lose some or all of the money you stake, and no one can predict or control how a spin, hand or match turns out. A game’s return-to-player percentage is a long-run average across a very large number of plays; it tells you nothing about the result of a single session. Bonus spins and bonus bets come with conditions of their own and leave the odds of a game or market unchanged. You will find no tips or winning systems on this site.
Gamble only with money you can afford to lose, never with money set aside for rent, bills or food, and do not gamble to win back what you have lost. Setting a deposit limit before you start helps, and LuckyMate asks you to choose one when you register.
Not financial, legal or tax advice
The site does not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Gambling is not a way to earn an income or to pay off debts. When we explain the rules that apply to UK operators, such as identity checks, slot stake limits or the ban on paying with a credit card, the summary is there for general understanding and is not guidance on your own legal position.
If money worries are building up, StepChange on 0800 138 1111 and National Debtline on 0808 808 4000 both offer free, confidential debt advice.
For adults aged 18 and over
The guide is written only for readers aged 18 and over in the United Kingdom. Online casinos and betting sites licensed in Great Britain may not accept customers under 18, and LuckyMate checks age and identity when an account is opened. If you are under 18, please leave the site.
Help if gambling is causing harm
If gambling has stopped being fun, or you feel it is getting out of control, free and confidential support is available:
- National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare: 0808 8020 133, open 24 hours a day for England and Scotland. GamCare also offers support through online chat.
- Wales: the gambling helpline on 0808 2819 265.
- Northern Ireland: Dunlewey Addiction Services on 08000 886 725.
- GamStop: a free service that lets you exclude yourself from every online gambling company licensed in Great Britain for a period you choose. You can sign up at gamstop.co.uk.
On LuckyMate itself, the account tools include deposit and loss limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion for between 6 months and 5 years.
Trade marks
The LuckyMate name and logo belong to their owner, as do the names of games, game studios, payment methods and other brands mentioned on the site, such as Big Bass Splash, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Trustly. Some of them are registered trade marks. We use them only to identify the products we describe, and a mention does not mean that any of these companies endorses, sponsors or is connected with this site.
