Some promotions need no code at all. Bet Back Bonus uses event codes that LuckyMate sends to eligible players in the “My Bonuses” tab or by email; slot tournaments and network drops are opt-ins.
MATE50: what the standard code gets you
MATE50 is the code on LuckyMate’s own welcome offer page, and the one Racing Post, PokerListings and Sports Mole quote. It adds 50 bonus spins (the free spins most people search for) on Big Bass Splash at £0.10 each, £5 in total. At the slot’s default RTP of 96.71% that averages about £4.84 back, though any single batch of 50 can pay nothing, or a good deal more.
The spins arrive once you’ve placed £10 of slot bets within 7 days of claiming, and they must be played within 24 hours. Whatever they win is wagered once, each bet counting for £1 at most, and cashouts from it stop at £100. Our guide to how the 50 bonus spins work goes through it in order.

MATE100 and RP250: the partner-only codes
LuckyMate’s homepage carries banners for two bigger versions of the same offer: MATE100 with 100 spins and RP250 with 250. Both give £0.10 spins on Big Bass Splash after the same £10 deposit and £10 of slot bets, and nothing else changes, down to the 7-day window. Each banner says “valid via landing page or affiliate link only”. gambling.com, casinos.com and WhichBingo quote MATE100; RP250 appeared nowhere but LuckyMate’s banners.

The last column never moves: £100 whichever code you use. With one offer per player and household, only one of the three codes can ever apply to you.
“Landing page or affiliate link only” ties the bigger code to the partner page you arrived from; typed after a direct visit, it may simply not apply. If you arrive through a partner page, use the code that page shows; if it isn’t MATE50, that page’s terms count.

The cashier sits behind a login, so these steps come from LuckyMate’s published terms, with no account screenshots.
On a computer
- Register or log in. New players complete LuckyMate registration first, including the deposit limit the form asks for.

- Type the code before you confirm, exactly as printed, with no space before or after it.
- Confirm and open the Gift icon. It sits at the top of the screen and lists your bonuses; the offer should appear once the deposit completes.
On a phone
LuckyMate has no app in the App Store or Google Play in Great Britain. Codes go in on the mobile site in Safari or Chrome, where the Cashier and Gift icon work as on a computer. The COPY button on the offer card above puts the code on your clipboard; after pasting, check that no stray space came with it.
Extra steps for LM10 and BIGBASS
After an LM10 deposit, the offer sits under the Gift icon in “New Offers” and shows as “Sleeping” in the sportsbook. Switch on the “Qualify for bonus” toggle in the betslip before placing the qualifying bet, and the free bet turns “Active”. BIGBASS works differently: after depositing, open the Gift icon, go to “My Pending Bonuses” and activate it from the bonus queue before playing.
Why a LuckyMate promo code didn’t work
On 2 October 2026 LuckyMate was rated 1.9/5 on Trustpilot, and missing spins and free bets are a regular theme. Most such cases trace back to a rule in this table.

Can you combine LuckyMate promo codes?
Not on the first deposit. Taking MATE50 rules you out of every other first-deposit promotion, and LM10 can’t be combined with other promotions unless stated, so settle on casino spins or the sports free bet before you pay in. A claimed casino offer can’t be cancelled. LM10 can be dropped through support, forfeiting the free bet and anything won with it.
Later, each reload code goes with its own deposit. Where a slot counts for two active promotions, bets go to the one claimed first, so a HOTPICK claimed after BIGBASS can sit idle while the Big Bass tracker fills. Also, a withdrawal request cancels every active bonus and its winnings; your own deposit and what it won stay withdrawable.
LM10: the sports code is a separate offer
Three things set LM10 apart from MATE50. Google Pay isn’t eligible. The qualifying bet and the free bet must both be an acca or Bet Builder with two or more selections at 6/4 (2.5) or bigger, outside horse racing, greyhounds and virtuals. There is no LuckyMate no deposit code
Every code LuckyMate issues needs a deposit and qualifying bets. Pages offering a “Lucky Mate no deposit bonus code” usually belong to unrelated businesses: “Lucky Mate” sites in Australia and New Zealand that take AUD and cite Curaçao licences, or the offshore luckymate.casino. The LuckyMate licensed in Great Britain uses luckymate.co.uk and luckymatecasino.co.uk; codes from the lookalikes won’t work in its cashier.
How UK rules shape the codes
Two Gambling Commission rules in force since 19 January 2026 explain the split: bonus wagering can’t exceed 10x, and promotions can’t mix products. So spins come only from slot bets and the free bet only from sports bets. The x1 on each casino code is a tenth of the cap. LuckyMate’s operator, Anakatech Interactive Limited, holds account 48789 on the Gambling Commission public register, with no regulatory actions recorded.
Slot stake limits set the pace of qualifying bets: £5 a spin, £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds, no autoplay or turbo, and spins lasting at least 2.5 seconds. MATE50’s £10 takes at least two spins (five for under-25s), HOTPICK’s £50 at least ten (or 25), and each £200 BIGBASS block at least 40 (or 100). That BIGBASS block buys £2 of spin value, worth remembering when you pick a deposit limit at sign-up: a higher limit waits 24 hours, a lower one applies at once.
How the code terms have changed
MATE50 launched in late July 2025 with no wagering and no cap. The code stayed; the terms didn’t. On 11 March 2026 they gained x1 wagering, the £1 contribution limit, the £100 cap and an excluded games list, and “Free Spins” became “Bonus Spins”. Any page pairing MATE50 with “no wagering” is quoting the launch version, as parts of Betiton, Bojoko, PokerListings and Sports Mole still do. So does LuckyMate’s own promotions hub (“no wagering requirements”); the code now gets x1.
How to check a code is still current
- Read the “Last update” line under the terms on luckymate.co.uk: 11 March 2026 for the casino welcome offer and 19 February 2026 for the sports offer when we checked. A later date means the conditions may have moved.
- Match the code to your route in: MATE50 on a direct visit, the landing page code via a partner.
- Check the Gift icon after depositing, before any qualifying bet.
- Skip coupon-site codes that don’t link to a terms page on luckymate.co.uk.
