LuckyMate UK Guide is an independent website about a single operator: LuckyMate, the casino and sportsbook that Anakatech Interactive Limited runs for British players under Gambling Commission account 48789. It covers what a UK player should know before and after opening an account there: offer terms, payments, verification, games, betting and the safer gambling tools. The latest full fact check took place on 2 October 2026.
Why a whole site about one casino
LuckyMate has been open since late July 2025, and its terms have already moved more than once. The casino welcome offer was rewritten on 11 March 2026 to add x1 wagering on spin winnings and a £100 cashout cap; the sports welcome offer had been updated on 19 February 2026. Several review sites that rank for the brand are still working from the launch terms. Search results also turn up an iPhone and Android app, a phone line, and a licence number that actually belongs to the platform’s software supplier. None of it matches LuckyMate’s pages or the register entry.
Following one brand leaves room to read every clause and to go back whenever the terms change; a portal covering hundreds of casinos has to spread that work thin. If you’d rather start with the short version, our LuckyMate casino guide puts the licence, the welcome offer, payments, games and the Trustpilot record on one page.
How we check what we publish
Facts here are ranked by source: the Gambling Commission register first, then LuckyMate’s own terms and policies, then its live lobby, with other review sites and player reviews last. Where two sources conflict, we print what the higher-ranked one says and quote the other alongside, naming its origin. Our 4.5/5 is an editorial score across six criteria, and player ratings play no part in it. The detail is on the page about how we review LuckyMate.
This guide has been written without a real-money LuckyMate account. Payout and verification times are therefore based on LuckyMate’s published policies or on review sites’ own tests, with each site named.
Who writes the guide
The guide is written and kept up to date by Callum Whitlock, UK casino and betting editor, who covers UK-licensed casinos and bookmakers. For this site he reads LuckyMate’s terms, policies and help pages, holds them up against the register entry and the game lobby, and logs the date of every check. The date at the top of each page shows when that page was last updated; the date of the fact check appears in the note beneath the sections it covers. Reader corrections also go to him.
We don’t publish a CV for Callum. Instead, his work can be checked: any rule we quote can be found in LuckyMate’s terms or on the register, and a figure borrowed from another review site has that site’s name beside it.
How the guide stays up to date
Promo codes, payment methods and offer terms change fastest, so we re-read them at least once a month. LuckyMate’s Contacts page, for instance, was re-read on 5 October 2026, and the live chat hours across the site now follow it. If a fact changes, we correct it everywhere it comes up. The check date on a page moves only once a check has really been done.
What this site is not
Neither LuckyMate nor Anakatech Interactive Limited runs this site. You can’t deposit here or open a player account, and we can’t see yours. That also means we can’t release a withdrawal, credit missing bonus spins, restore access to a locked account or set up a self-exclusion. Requests like these need LuckyMate’s own support: start a live chat or write to [email protected].
LuckyMate has no say over what we write. If the operator sends a correction, it is handled exactly as a reader’s would be, and it has to come with a source we can check ourselves.
Everything here is general information, and terms change, so look at the current version in LuckyMate’s terms and cashier before you deposit. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over and can be harmful; free, confidential help is available from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (England and Scotland, open 24/7). What this site can and cannot promise is set out in our disclaimer.
